Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 07 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Limited Return Policy
Batteries, transformers, and wire cannot be returned. Furthermore, clearance items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product unless found immediately defective. If the product is defective upon receipt the customer may elect to receive store credit from Firestorm Defense for a full refund.
Due to safety, legal, and regulatory reasons, our return policy does not apply to the following items:
- firearms (including any serialized items ex. lower receivers)
Also, if a firearm is not picked up from the destination dealer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
The returns procedure is as follows:You must notify us by phone or email within 10 day of receiving your order, describing the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and full instructions for returning the order to us. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The customer will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the order to us including, but not limited to packaging, shipping, delivery confirmation, and insurance. We strongly recommend that you track and insure your return. If items are lost, stolen, or damaged before we receive them, you will not receive your refund. If you change your mind and suddenly do not want your order anymore we can cancel the order but there is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is also not refundable. We do not accept returns on pepper spray or pepper spray guns.
Standard Back Orders and SubstitutionsIf an item is discontinued and/or not in stock, it will be removed from the order and customer will not be billed. Customer will then be notified if the item has been discontinued, or is not available. Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly. Backorders will automatically ship when the product becomes available. They will ship and be calculated on the same terms and in the same manner as the original order. Backorders will not hold the order in the system. Orders will not automatically ship complete unless customer specifically requests this upon order placement. Customer will be notified immediately by phone or e-mail, if an item is discontinued or backordered.

We only ship to the domestic United States and their territories.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and size-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
